Start by selecting the gear icon (settings) and select Disposal Sites under the General Settings -

Select the +ADD button to add a new site

Enter the Site information as well as the Materials that are specific to that site

If the disposal site materials matching to that site are not listed in the drop down, you can add new materials by selecting Business Lines / Attributes / Materials
