1. Click on the recurring service within the profile

Click on the recurring service within the profile

2. Click on Schedule

Click on Schedule

3. Create an end date

The date should be before today

4. Select end date from calenda

Select end date from calenda

5. Click on Continue

6. Click on Save Changes

Click on Save Changes

7. Open the service one more time

Open the service one more time

8. Click on the ACTIVE button to deactivate service & save

This will remove any work orders not saved as serviced or ready for invoice and remove the service from the customer profile

Click on the ACTIVE button to deactivate service & save

If you can't edit an imported service please note the expected recurrence and check the Schedule. If there are more or less days selected than the indicated service expects, you will not be able to save the service.
