There are two options for removing an On Request service from a customers account. The first option is to deactivate the service leaving the Work Orders active. The second option is to remove the Work Orders as well as deactivating the service.
Deactivating the service without removing Work Orders -
Select the service name to open the service details
Toggle the button OFF to deactivate the service
Save Changes
The service will change status to deactivated and will display in orange
If you have a scheduled work order that has not been started and the status is 'scheduled' you can remove the work order(s) before deactivating the On Request service.
Select the + icon to the right of the service
In the pop out calendar, select the date that has a scheduled Work Order (indicated with a blue dot) and select Remove Service
Then follow the steps as above
If you're attempting to remove an on request work order and see an error that indicates Detail: Key is still referenced from table "hh_work_order_exception" this indicates that an Exception has been saved to the work order. Please delete this exception first and then remove the work order. Work Orders cannot be deleted if Invoiced or have an Exception attached.
