Driver Update Route Sequence

Update the route based on how your driver has driven the route

This article provides a step-by-step guide on exporting the Driver Sequence report. This feature allows you to extract detailed route data, including service timestamps, stop status, and the actual order of completion, into a convenient Excel format for analysis, record-keeping, or re-importing to update route sequences.

  1. From the main navigation bar, click the Reporting tab.

  2. Select the Field Operations category to view related reports.

  1. The Driver Sequence report tab is selected by default. Use the filters at the top to narrow down your data.

  2. Set the Beginning Work Order Date and Ending Work Order Date for the report. For a single-day report, set both fields to the same date.

  3. From the Route Name dropdown menu, select the specific route you want to export.

  1. Click the More options icon (three dots) located in the top-right corner of the report table.

  2. Hover over Export and select Excel from the submenu. Your report will begin downloading as an .xlsx file.

Tips:

When selecting a date, you can click the On option in the date picker. This ensures the report is filtered for that single, specific day, which is the most common use case.


Import Sequence:

Route Manager

Select the filter to uncheck all routes &

Uncheck on

Select only the route you wish to update

(this step is not required, but is suggested if you have many routes to filter through)

Click on 9A…

Click on Select all…

Select the date for that route

Click on mm/dd/yyyy
Click on 28

Click on dropdown trigger

Click on Import sequence

You will be prompted to confirm the import

Check Make Permanent (if this is not a temporary change)

Click on Import sequence

The route is now updated based on how your driver last drove the route
