Follow these steps to track when the driver marked the stop as completed or skipped.

The easiest way to tell when a driver has been to a specific address is through the Route Manager.

If you hover your mouse here on the left of the route over the stop number, this will provide the details of when the route card was updated by the driver.


In the case where a driver is in a bad service area, this may cause several stops or all stops on the route to be marked complete at the same time.
