Managing Reports in the HazardCo App

View, edit, share, and manage all your health and safety reports in one place in the App

Who Can Use Reports in the App?

  • Everyone can access their own created reports

  • Hub Admin & Hub User roles can also access reports created by other team members and reports created by non-team members for your projects


Accessing Reports in the App

From the Home Screen scroll down to the bottom of the list and tap on the 'Reports' option


View your own and Team members reports

  • The reports screen loads reports you have created by default, under the 'Mine' tab.

  • Hub Admin and Hub User roles can also tap the 'Others' tab to view team member and shared reports.


Report Management Options

Options Menu Actions

  • Tap the three-dot menu next to any report to access the options menu:

  • The options menu contains a number of different actions you can take for each report:

View Reports

  • Open and review completed reports

  • View the report details and attached photos

  • Access PDF versions of submitted reports

Edit Reports

  • Use this to make changes to reports after they have been submitted

  • You can update information and add additional details as required and save

  • Please Note:

    • Editing will replace the original version. Earlier versions of the report are still saved and can be retrieved upon request by contacting support.

    • Only the report creator or a Hub Admin are able to edit reports

    • If you edit a SWMS/TA/RAMS that has been reviewed all signatures will be removed from the edited version and it will need to be reviewed again.

Share Reports

  • Send reports directly via email that includes an attached PDF

  • Enter recipient email addresses to share with supervisors, clients, or anyone else directly from the App

Delete Reports

  • You can delete any reports that are no longer required e.g. test reports or ones that were saved by mistake.

Additional options for SWMS, TA and RAMS reports

Add Signatures

  • Collect required reviews and signatures

  • Send review and signature requests to team members

  • Use the pass to sign option to collect non-team member reviews and signatures

Save as Template

  • Use this to save your reports into reusable templates for similar jobs

  • All templates are accessibly to your team and anyone that scans onto your projects


Finding Reports

Search and Filter Tools

  • Search function: Find reports by keyword, location, or date

  • Filter function: Filter the reports list by specific report types to quickly find the reports you need

  • Reports are listed in chronological order with most recent first


Understanding Report Statuses

Status indicators show you which reports submitted successfully and which failed.

Submission Statuses

  • Submitted: Report successfully saved and available in both the App and Hub

  • Submitting: Reports still being processed e.g. those created without internet connection that still need to sync

  • Failed: Tap on these reports to try submit them again manually. The app automatically attempts to resubmit failed reports 5 times.

Additional Review Status for SWMS, TA and RAMS only

  • Signed - All requested reviews have been completed and signed

  • Pending - One or more requested team member review still needs to be actioned

  • Declined - One or more people have reviewed and declined to sign the document
