Who can use Document in the HazardCo App?

  • Everyone can access, view and upload documents in the App from Profile > Documents

    • Users with role = Hub Admin or Hub User can view all documents uploaded by team members

  • When scanned onto:

    • Project Plus sites: Everyone can upload documents to the site

    • Standard Project sites: Only HazardCo members can upload documents to the site

Key Features

  • View Documents: Access all team health and safety documents anywhere, anytime

  • Upload Documents: Add new documents quickly from any device

  • Share Documents on Site: Upload documents after scanning onto a site

Accessing Your Team's Documents

  1. Access the 'Profile' screen in the App

  2. Tap on the 'Documents' option to view a list of your own and team member uploaded documents. Documents that you have uploaded will appear at the top of the list in the "My Documents" section

    Note:

    • Users with role of Hub Admin and Hub User can view all team documents.

    • Users with role of Mobile only or Free Profile will only see their own documents

  3. Tap on any document in the list to view the document and more information about it

Sharing Documents on Site

Tap on "Documents" after scanning on site and click the "Upload Document" button

Option 1: Share Existing Documents

  1. Select "Share existing" option

  2. Choose the document(s) to share

  3. Tap the "Upload" button and the following will happen:

    1. The document(s) will appear in the site document list

    2. The site supervisor is notified about the document that was shared

Option 2: Upload and Share New Documents

  1. Select "Upload new" option

  2. Choose a document from your device (allows PDF, images, doc, spreadsheets)

  3. Fill in the required fields in the Add new document form

  4. Tap the "Submit" button and the following will happen:

    1. The document will appear in the site document list

    2. The site supervisor is notified about the document that was shared

    3. A copy is saved to your documents so that it can easily shared in the future

Who can see site documents?

  • Who can see site documents?

    • You can see any documents that you have uploaded to a site

    • Team members of the company that own the site can see all documents uploaded to the site

    • Other people scanned on site will only see documents that have been made publicly visible by the owner of the site

      • Publicly visible documents are marked as "Visible to all" in the Site Documents list

  • Site owners control document visibility for site visitors

    • Hub Admin and Hub User team members can make private docs public or vice versa via the options menu accessed by clicking the three dots icon next to a document
