How to Access Your Policy and Procedures Document

Your Health & Safety Policy and Procedures document is a key part of ensuring a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment.

Who can access the Policy and Procedures feature in the Hub?

You need one of these plans:

  • Complete Plan

  • Premium Plan

  • Standard Plan (NZ and Aus only)

You need to have one of these roles:

  • Hub Admin

What’s in the Document?

H&S Procedures are developed to minimise the risk of injury or illness to workers and to ensure that all workers are trained and knowledgeable about the steps required to carry out their work safely.

The policies outline the business commitment to promoting a safe and healthy workplace for all workers including injury management, alcohol, drugs, discrimination, harassment, bullying, mental health and wellbeing, and environmental factors.

How to Access your Company’s P&P

  1. Navigate to your HazardCo Hub

  2. Go to Company Details

  3. Enter your email address to send a copy to your inbox

  4. Press the Send Policy button

Tip: If you can’t remember your password to login to your Hub, you can reset it here. Note: your username is your email address.

What to Do Next

  1. Read through the document carefully.

  2. Sign and date your P&P document. You can use a free tool such as Adobe Acrobat to digitally sign and date your P&P, click on the "E-Sign" option, and add your name, title, signature and date to the bottom of the document.

  3. Host a toolbox talk with your workers to go over:

    • The procedures and policies

    • Any changes that need to be implemented in your business

This helps ensure everyone is on the same page and managing health and safety the right way.
