Control the automated email notifications your team receives about site activity and compliance deadlines.

Who Can Use Hub Notifications?

  • Hub Admins can enable or disable notifications for their company.

  • Premium and Complete Customers can manage Site Activity notifications

  • Compete Customers can manage Pre-qualification notifications and additional Document notifications


How to Configure Notifications

  1. Log into the Hub and navigate to Notifications from the left-hand menu.

  2. Toggle each notification on or off using the switches.

  3. Changes apply automatically to all relevant users in your account (Site Supervisors or Main Contacts, depending on the notification type).


Notification Types

There are three categories of notifications:

Site Activity - Sent to Site Supervisors to keep them informed about who is on their sites. Includes scan-in/out alerts, induction completions, and end-of-day summaries (sent from 5pm local time on days with site activity).

Pre-Qualifications - Sent to Main Contacts to help manage contractor compliance. Includes reminders when Pre-Quals are expiring or have expired, and reminders for contractors to complete pre-qual requests

Documents - Sent to Main Contacts to track credential expiry for both your own employees and your contractors' employees as well as pre-qual documents such as insurance expiration. Includes advance warnings and follow-up reminders after expiry.

Please Note:

  • Notifications are configured at the company level and cannot be customised per user.

  • Only Hub Admins can access the Notifications settings page.

  • Each notification on the settings page includes a description of what it does and when it's sent.
