How to order your projects from the HazardCo Hub and things to remember before starting your project

Getting started

  • You must have a HazardCo Complete or Premium subscription to order projects

  • You must be logged in with Hub Admin or Hub user role to order projects


Setting up your Project in the Hub

With HazardCo it's easy to set up your site by creating a project in the Hub, here’s how:

  1. Login to the HazardCo Hub and click the 'Create New Project' button

  2. Provide specific site address details and general information about the project

  3. Identify the emergency procedures that will be put in place on-site

  4. Identify the site hazards and controls that will be used to manage the risks

  5. Choose the contractors that you will be using for the project.

    An email will be sent to any contractors added to the project that includes the SSSP and information about what to do before and when arriving at the site. You can add contractors to your project any time after it has been set up, so you don't need to add everyone at this stage.


Before your project starts don't forget to set up the following:

  • Site fencing

  • Emergency equipment

  • Toilets

  • Hand washing facilities

  • Your HazardCo Hazard Board with the site-specific QR code


Unlocking HazardCo for all your subcontractors with Project Plus

As the main builder, you can unlock the HazardCo App for all subcontractors by upgrading to Project Plus and see even more Health and Safety activity on your sites. When you upgrade to Project Plus for your site, anybody that scans onto site with your QR code will gain full access to the HazardCo App, and all reports will be instantly shared with you.
