When you create reports within the HazardCo App, various automatic email notifications are sent to ensure that all relevant people are kept informed. This article outlines who receives these emails and under what circumstances.

1. When You Create Any Report

  • Your Copy: Each time you create a report in the HazardCo App, you automatically receive a copy of this report via email. This ensures you have a personal record for reference and compliance purposes.

  • Team members with Main Contact responsibility: Additionally, all Main Contact users linked to your account will receive an email containing the report. This helps to keep everyone informed and ensures that safety standards are consistently met.

2. When you share reports

  • When you create a report for a HazardCo site and choose to share it, the site supervisor for that site will receive an email copy of the report. This ensures that on-site management is immediately aware of any updates or needs highlighted in the report, enabling prompt attention and action if required.

3. Reviewing and Signing a Report e.g. SWMS, TA, RAMS

  • When you review and sign a report such as a SWMS (AU), TA (NZ) or RAMS (UK) you will receive an email copy of the report that you signed. This ensures you have a personal record for reference and compliance purposes.

4. Completing an Incident Report

  • Your Copy: Upon completing an incident report, you will receive an email copy. This serves as your immediate confirmation and record of the report's submission.

  • HazardCo Advisory Team: The HazardCo Advisory team is also notified via email when an incident report is completed. This allows the team to quickly engage and provide necessary support if required, ensuring that all incidents are handled appropriately and efficiently.

Email notifications play an important role in keeping all relevant people informed when reports are created within the HazardCo App. Whether it’s a routine health and safety report or an urgent incident report, these automated emails ensure the right information is promptly and reliably distributed to the right people.
