Project Overview

Update, manage and share project information from the Project Overview

Who Can Use Projects?

  • Premium and Complete subscription customers

  • Hub Admin and Hub User roles

Opening Your Project Overview

Click on any project from your Projects list to open its Project Overview where all your project information is stored.

Managing Your Project

Once you open your Project Overview, you can manage all aspects of your project using the following sections:

1. Project Details

View essential project information including:

  • Project name and site address

  • Site supervisor contact details

  • Project start date and status

  • Site-specific QR Code display

2. Project Options

Click the 'Project Options' button in the top right corner to:

  • Save as template for future projects (Learn more: Creating and using project templates)

  • Upgrade project to access additional features

  • Download the SSSP (Site Specific safety Plan)

  • Download the QR Code for site access

  • Edit project details - Edit any SSSP details directly from the Project Overview. Edits automatically regenerate the SSSP to ensure the latest version is always available via the App or Hub

  • Close completed projects or Activate closed projects

3. Dashboard

The Dashboard gives you a visual overview of project activity including scans, reports, tasks and incidents.

Time Range

Use the time range dropdown at the top of the Dashboard to control the data displayed across all counters and graphs.

Counters

At the top of the Dashboard, three counters provide a quick summary of project activity for the selected time range:

  • Total Scans β€” all scan ins for the project

  • Total Reports β€” all reports created for the project

  • Total Tasks β€” all tasks created for the project

Graphs

The Dashboard includes four graphs split across two sections: Scans and Reports.

Scans

  • Project Scans - shows all scans for the project over time, split by Team Members and Others

  • Team Member Scans - shows scan activity for your team members over time

Both scan graphs can be filtered by company, user, scan type (sign in, sign out, induction) and user type (team members/others).

Please Note: The Dashboard is not available on basic projects unless you are on the Complete plan. Click 'Project Options' > 'Upgrade Project' to unlock Dashboard functionality.

4. People on-site

Manage everyone associated with your project:

  • See who has scanned onto your site

  • View contractor details and time spent on site

  • Email contractors by clicking "Email Contractors" - they'll receive the SSSP and site access instructions. Track which contractors have already been added to the project from here:

  • Download induction records

  • Export scan data for reporting

5. Noticeboard

Share important messages with your site team:

  • Post updates visible to anyone scanning onto the site

  • View and manage message history

  • Delete outdated messages

Please note: Noticeboard is locked on Basic Projects

6. Documents

Access all project-related documentation:

  • Search through project documents

  • View and download HazardCo reports (Toolbox Meetings, Site Reviews, Risk Assessments, Incident Reports etc)

  • Upload and organise your project documents

  • Control what documents are visible to all site visitors in the app
