š” Every HCB organization gets a public donation page. Turn it on and customize it in your settings, then share the link so supporters can donate by card, one time or monthly.
Your donation page link
Your public donation page lives at hcb.hackclub.com/donations/start/ followed by your organization's URL slug (the part after hcb.hackclub.com/ in your dashboard's web address). The easiest way to get the exact link and ready-made ways to share it is to open the Donations page on your organization's dashboard.
Turn donations on
On your organization's dashboard, open Settings, then Donations.
Turn on Enable donations.
Customize the page
From the same Donations settings, you can:
Add a message shown on your donation page.
Write a thank-you message that donors see and receive after giving.
Set a reply-to email for donation receipts.
Allow anonymous donations.
Let donors cover the fees, so more of their gift reaches you.
Set a donation goal to show a progress bar.
Create donation tiers, which are preset monthly options with their own names, prices, and perks.

Share it
Open the Donations page on your dashboard for ready-made ways to share your link, then post it wherever your supporters are: social media, your website, an email, or a QR code at an event.
Accepting donations in person
To take donations face to face, like at an event, you can use Tap to Pay in the HCB Mobile app. A supporter taps their card or phone, and the gift goes straight to your organization. See Accept donations with Tap to Pay.
What fees apply?
Donations are subject only to the 7% fiscal sponsorship fee, which already includes credit card processing costs, so there's no separate processing fee on top. If you turn on "donors cover the fees," a donor can choose to cover the full 7% so your organization receives the entire donation.
