Control Descriptions:
View Archived Items - Allows you to change the list to show only archived patients. (By default only active patients are shown in the list.)
Send New Link - Opens the Send Menu (8) that allows you to send a new patient a link to the questionnaire. If the patient is not new, search for them by name and use the Resend Link (5).
Check-in - This checks the patient in for their appointment. This is useful if you need to manually check-in a patient.
View Link - Lets you see the questionnaire that the patient should have received. This will be helpful if the patient is unable to complete the questionnaire on their own and staff needs to do it.
Archive Patient - Removes the patient from the active patient list. This will be useful if the patient decides not to complete the questionnaire but is still in the active list.
Resend Link - Opens the Send Menu (8) showing the previously entered patient information, allowing you to resend the questionnaire link. Use if the patient number or email was entered incorrectly the first time or if the link was just not received.
Settings - Opens the Settings Menu (9). Only administrators should use this control unless otherwise directed.
Send Menu - Allows you to send a link to the questionnaire to the patient. It asks for the patient first and last name and either the patient’s mobile phone number or email.
Settings Menu - This is where you can access the logout button. Again this should be used by only administrators unless otherwise directed.
