How do Google Reviews and the Net Promoter Score work?

HealthNote conducts a post-appointment survey consisting of a single question via SMS for patients who are capable of receiving such messages. In the event that a patient expresses a positive experience by selecting the "3" option, they will be provided with a link that encourages them to share their experience on Google. However, if a patient selects the "2" or "1" option, indicating a neutral or negative experience, an email notification will be sent to the designated recipient(s) for such feedback. In such cases, the patient will not be prompted to leave a Google review.
