What questions cannot be removed from the questionnaire?

We are unable to remove the question(s) asking for “Legal sex” or “Sex assigned at birth” because the rest of the questionnaire relies on it to make sure that the correct questions are being asked (if they are specific to one sex), and to make sure that the correct pronouns are being used when addressing the patient throughout the questionnaire. However, we can remove the gender related questions including: Gender identity, Pronouns, and Sexual orientation since these questions do not determine what questions are asked and what pronouns are used.
