Health Note AI Scribe makes it easy to add or update patient information at any point during the workflow. You can either enter patient details at the beginning of a visit or edit the information later, even while recording or reviewing the generated SOAP note.
1. Adding Patient Information with Prep Visit
If you prefer to enter patient details before starting a conversation, you can do so when creating a new visit:
Click Prep Visit from the main menu.
Fill in the required patient information, including the patient's name, pronouns, and language.
The information will be saved whether you click Start Visit or Record Later
2. Editing Patient Information During or After Recording
You also have the flexibility to add or update patient information at any time while recording or reviewing the generated note:
When recording a visit, you can enter or edit patient information at the top of the screen while the scribe is capturing the conversation or after the conversation is complete and the note is generated.
