What types of questions should I ask my Health Coach?

Along with your research-backed program, you get a team of health coaches who interact with you on a weekly and daily basis(If needed). They hold you accountable, break down your habits, hopes, and fears as you progress through the program. They chat with you about your achievements and areas of improvement and help you understand your journey. They’re also better suited to provide more human and personalised responses, along with building a relationship with you over time.

Your Health Coaches can:

  • Understand your eating and exercise habits

  • Help you set goals for nutrition, movement, sleep and stress management

  • Hold you accountable

  • Help process your feelings about your journey

  • Help you stay motivated

  • Find new ways to introduce health and wellness into your life

  • Understand how the daily healthy lessons relate to your own personal journey

Your Health Coaches can’t:

  • Offer advice as a medical and mental health professional

  • Assist with troubleshooting the Health Tick app, please reach out to the support team for such needs

  • Perform tasks or answer questions related to your subscription, such as viewing your subscription/account information, assisting with cancelling your subscription and/or issuing refunds, and making changes to your subscription
