How to generate a report for an organization
Note for admins managing multiple organizations
Choose the appropriate organization or division from the Organizations tab before following the steps below.
Select the Reports tab.
Select Generate Report.
Choose the type of report and the date range.
Select Generate.

Reports will be available to download on the Reporting dashboard shortly after they've been generated.
Available reports
Relevant reports displayed
Only relevant reports for an organization will be shown. For example, an "HSA Offering Summary" report will not be displayed for organizations without an HSA program.
Report Name | Description |
Account Status | A detailed overview of the current status and activity of participant accounts. |
Balances | A detailed overview of the account balances related to member benefits within the specified period. |
Benefit Participation | Shows which members are actively enrolled in selected benefits at a specific date or across a date range, regardless of when they originally enrolled. |
Billing Detail | Line-level billing details for a single selected billing date. |
Billing Summary | Per-bill summary of billing headcount metrics over the one-month period ending on the selected billing date. |
Cards | Helps manage card issuance, tracking usage patterns, and monitoring financial transactions associated with each card. |
Claims | A comprehensive overview of claims related to member benefits within the specified period. |
Contributions | Detailed insights into the contributions made within an organization's benefit programs. |
Customer Identification Program | Details about the Customer Identification Program (CIP). |
Detail Funding | Designed to monitor contributions made into individual participant accounts to prevent over-contributions. |
Enrollment | Detailed information about members enrolled in an organization's benefits program. |
HSA Offering Summary | A comprehensive overview of an organization's HSA programs, detailing membership statistics and financial activities. |
Notional Offering Summary | A comprehensive overview of an organization's notional programs, detailing membership statistics and financial activities. |
Plan Sponsor Investments | An overview of an organization's employee investments for the selected date range. |
Transactions | Detailed ledger transaction information for member benefits within the specified date range. |
