In order to change your nominated pharmacy, please follow the below steps:
Go to the ‘Profile’ tab in the bottom right-hand corner
Click ‘Switch pharmacy’ under your current pharmacy
You will then see a list of pharmacies within the same pharmacy group. You can select any of these or select ‘Can’t find your pharmacy?’
If you have selected ‘Can’t find your pharmacy?’, you will then be asked to confirm that you would no longer like to use your current pharmacy
When you next place an order, Healthera will recommend pharmacies based on your chosen delivery option and location
If you would like to select a specific pharmacy, go back to the ‘Profile’ tab and select ‘Find my pharmacy’
You can then search for your chosen pharmacy by name or postcode
Click ‘Select pharmacy’
Please note, you cannot change pharmacy if you have an outstanding order on the platform.
