How to message your pharmacy directly via our messaging service

Once you have nominated a pharmacy in the app, you can message the pharmacy directly through Healthera.

This may be useful if you need an update on your order, or if you have any other queries that the pharmacy may be able to help with.

To message the pharmacy in the app, please follow the below steps:

  • Go to the ‘Home’ tab in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen

  • Click on the speech bubble in the top right-hand corner

  • Type in your message, and click on the arrow to send

Please note, that although this works similar to a live chat, we advise pharmacies to check and respond to their messages 2-3 times a day.
