How do I set up an order schedule?

How to set up a scheduled order, that will be requested on a scheduled date

If you are taking regular medication, you can set up an order schedule so that you can pre-approve each order to be sent when you are due to run out of medication.

To set up an order schedule, please follow the below steps:

  1. Go to the ‘Orders’ tab at the bottom of the screen

  2. Select ‘Set up order schedule’

  3. If you have a schedule set up already and would like to add in an additional schedule, click ‘Add new’

  4. Click on the previous order you would like to schedule

  5. If you would like to change the items on the order, click ‘Edit’. From here you can add or remove medications by ticking the circles on the right hand side.

  6. Select the date you would your next scheduled order to be sent on

  7. Select the ‘Order Renew Cycle’, this is how often you would like the order to be placed

  8. Select ‘Confirm’, then ‘Done’

Once complete, you will need to click ‘Approve Next Order’ at any time before your next order date.

Once approved, your order will be sent to the pharmacy on the date you selected.

You will also receive an email reminding you to approve your order.
