Entering drug lists into HealthSherpa Medicare just got a lot faster.

With Rx Assist, you can add a client's full drug list in nearly half the time.

Just type, image upload, or speak all of your drugs at once – plain language and typos are fine – and our AI will extract and add them automatically.

1. Open the Drugs pop-up from the Quoter sidebar, or from a Contact Profile page.

2. At the top you'll see the Rx Assist section – click into the text field.

3. Type the full drug list in plain language. For example: “lisinopril 10mg once a week, metformin 500 milligrams twice a month, and two 5g Xanax tabs daily." Or, use voice input or upload an image (details below).

4. Click Add drugs and the AI will fill out the Drugs table below.

5. Drugs added with Rx Assist show up in the same list as manually entered drugs.

6. Review and confirm – see the added drug aside your original text for comparison:

7. Click Save and you’re done.

Note: This feature is available only to agents, not on the client Intake Form (for now).

You can also upload an image to add a client’s drugs. For example:

Upload by clicking the image icon, dragging and dropping, or pasting an image.

Formats accepted: JPG, PNG, GIF, and WEBP.

If you'd like to voice the drug list, click the mic icon and speak the list out loud.

Tip: Speak normally – Rx Assist understands natural phrasing.
