Entering drug lists just got a lot faster.

With Rx Assist, you can add a client's full drug list in nearly half the usual time.

Just type or speak all of your drugs at once – plain language and typos are fine – and AI will extract and add them to the drug list automatically.

How it works

  1. Open the Drugs pop-up as your normally would, from the Quoter sidebar, or from a Contact Profile page.

  2. At the top you'll see the Rx Assist section – click into the text field

  3. Type (or speak) the full drug list in plain language. For example:

    • “lisinopril 10mg once a week, metformin 500mg twice daily, two 5g Xanax tabs per day”

  4. Click Add drugs and the system will fill out the Drugs table below.

  5. Drugs added with Rx Assist appear in the same spot as manually entered drugs.

  6. Review to confirm each entry – dosage, frequency, quantity – tweak if needed.

  7. Click Save and you’re done.

Note: This feature is available only to agents, not through the Intake Forms (for now)

Voice mode

Want to skip typing? Click the mic icon to speak the list out loud.

  • Rx Assist transcribes your list into text.

  • Recording ends when click the mic icon.

  • You can still review/edit everything before saving.

Pro tip: Speak naturally – Rx Assist understands natural phrasing.

Time savings

Here's a comparison we ran entering the same 3 drugs manually vs. using RX Assist:

Manually enter the 3 drugs:

  • 20 clicks

  • Typing 9 different times

  • 50 seconds

Entering the 3 drugs using Rx Assist.

  • 5 clicks

  • Typing just once

  • 30 seconds

So using Rx Assist can save you nearly half the time.
