The MedicarePro CRM <> HealthSherpa Medicare integration allows you to sync contact data from MedicarePro directly into HealthSherpa Medicare.
This helps reduce duplicate entry and lets you jump straight from MedicarePro into quoting and enrollment on HealthSherpa Medicare.

What the integration does
Syncs contact data (see fields below) from MedicarePro → HS Medicare.
Add a HealthSherpa Medicare button to each MedicarePro contact, which lets you click directly into to their quoting & enrollment session, pre-filling the enrollment application, and eliminating dual entry.
Prerequisites
API key
Go to the Integrations tab on your HealthSherpa Medicare account to generate a Partner API Key.
Account requirements
Have a MedicarePro account (Agency or Agent account).
Make sure your HealthSherpa Medicare account email matches your MedicarePro account email.
If you're an agency setting this up for your agents, make sure their HealthSherpa Medicare accounts are connected via your agency join code.
Connecting the Integration
For Agencies
In MedicarePro, go to your Agency Platform.
Open Agency Settings → Enrollment.
Find HealthSherpa Medicare and click Connect.
Paste your HealthSherpa Partner API Key.
Enter each downline agent’s HealthSherpa username (email).
Toggle access on for brokers who should be connected.
For Single Agents
In MedicarePro, go to Settings → Integration.
Click HealthSherpa Medicare → Connect.
Paste your HealthSherpa API Key.
Enter your HealthSherpa username (email).
Click Save.
Syncing Contacts to HealthSherpa
Open a client profile in MedicarePro.
Click the Enroll button (top-right).
MedicarePro will:
Create a new contact in HealthSherpa Medicare (if none exists), or
Update the existing record (if found).
A pop-up will confirm sync success.
Click Continue to HealthSherpa Medicare to jump into that client’s quoting session on HealthSherpa Medicare.
Note:
Each contact must be transferred one at a time. Data only transfers when you click Enroll – it does not automatically sync.
👉 That’s it! Once connected, you can sync any MedicarePro client to HealthSherpa Medicare in just a couple clicks.
Quoting on HealthSherpa Medicare
To hop into quote & enroll for your MedicarePro contacts, click that same Enroll button that's at the top right of the contact profile page:
You'll then see this pop-up. To enter the quote, click "Continue on HealthSherpa"
This drops you into the HealthSherpa Medicare quoting session for that particular synced contact – in their zip code and with their Extra Help level applied.
From there, you'll proceed into enrollment, which will be pre-filled with all of the synced fields, meaning no repetitive dual entry for you.

My integration didn't connect, why?
Make sure your MedicarePro account's email matches the email for your HealthSherpa Medicare account.
Did you copy your HealthSherpa Medicare Partner API key into the MedicarePro integration page? Double check, it's easy to mistakenly paste something else or accidentally add spaces.

My contacts aren't syncing, why?
Make sure your MedicarePro account's email matches the email for your HealthSherpa Medicare account.
Make sure that you are the user/agent assigned to the contact in MedicarePro
If your agency manages the integration, check that they haven’t revoked your access.
