eSig texting

When you do an eSignature enrollment, you can send clients an email and/or text. This sends 2 messages: one with a link to sign, one with a code to enter. The text option does not send the code, making it unusable.

Gold Kidney enrollment

Certain Gold Kidney enrollment forms don't select from the list of SEPs, including AEP.

Interim solution: just select the SEP radio button.

BCBS NC enrollment

Certain BCBS NC enrollment forms don't let you choose an SEP, blocking the enrollment.

Interim solution: enroll on the BCBS NC carrier site, or wait a few days to submit on our site.

NPN field

A handful of carriers' enrollment forms show the NPN field as blank and uneditable:

Don't worry! You never need to enter your NPN on the enrollment form – we automatically attach your NPN & Writing Number to each enrollment file on the backend. So just ignore this issue.
