This article explains how to create your Hearsay account, verify your email, add payment information, and start your first case. The process only takes a few minutes, and once complete, you’ll be ready to send your first extraction request.

To create an account you can click here, or go to usehearsay.com and click "Get Started."

Fill out the required fields on the Tell us more about you page, then click Next.

If you’re ready to run an extraction now, you can create your first case during signup.

If not, you can skip this step and create a case later from your dashboard.

Click Pay Now and Create Case to add a card on file.

You are only charged after your extraction is completed and the first conversation is shared into your online portal.

If you choose Later and skip adding a card, you can still run an extraction, but you won’t be able to share conversations until a card is saved.

Follow the payment link to enter your card details, then click Subscribe.

Once your card is saved, you’ll be redirected to your case dashboard.

If you didn’t create a case during signup, click + New Case (top right) to get started.

If you already created a case, open it by clicking on the name.
