Requirements
Before starting, make sure your account meets all of the following:
Public profile (not private)
At least 1,000 followers
At least 2 posts published
If your account doesn't meet these requirements, verification will not go through.
Instagram verification
Send any message (it can be anything — a word, an emoji) to the official Heepsy Instagram account. You don't need a reply from us. Just sending the message is enough to trigger the verification process.
Once sent, verification is processed automatically within up to 24 hours.
TikTok verification
Follow the official Heepsy TikTok account. That's it. Verification is processed automatically within up to 24 hours once you follow.
What happens after?
You don't need to do anything else. As long as your account meets the requirements above, it will be verified automatically. You'll see the verified status update in your Heepsy profile.
If more than 24 hours have passed and your account is still not verified, check that your profile is public, has at least 1,000 followers, and has at least 2 posts. If everything looks correct, contact our support team.
