Navigate to My Proposals section.
Here you'll see:
Offers you've applied to;
Proposals ignored by brand.
How to know if brand accepted the proposal
When a brand decides to collaborate with you, you'll receive:
An email notification sent to your registered address;
A message in your Heepsy inbox.
