What does tracking do

When enabled, tracking automatically detects and collects:

  • Instagram posts

  • Instagram stories

  • TikTok videos

  • TikTok stories

  • Youtube videos

  • Youtube shorts

Where your brand is mentioned (in stories) or mentioned + hashtagged (in posts), based on criteria you define.

Use content tracking

1. From the Project bulk select.

  • Go to the Projects in the left-side menu.

  • Select creators and click on Start tracking button

  • Set:

    • Content type that you want to track

    • Date range

    • Hashtags and mentions

  • This will track content and show results in the All content section, Content tab inside project and each Creator inside Project

2. From a Creator

  • Open your campaign project.

  • Click the Rec icon next to the creator to start tracking.

  • Configure hashtags, mentions, and time range.

This method links trackings to your campaign, so collected content appears:

  • Inside the creator's content tab

  • Insige Project Content tab

  • In your campaign report

  • Inside general All content section
