Where to find media analytics
1. Project Content tab
Inside any project, open a Content tab to see performance data within this specific project.
2. All content
Go to the All content section in the left-side menu.
See all uploaded or tracked posts across all projects and campaigns.
Each post includes:
Likes, comments, shares;
Reach and views.
3. Creator inside a project
Inside any project, open creator content tab and you will see performance data tied to that specific creator.
4. Reports
Media stats are aggregated into campaign reports within your project.
Reports include post-by-post and total campaign analytics.
Get most recent update
To get updated stats for content added via URL:
Click “Refresh Media” in:
A Project's Content section
The global All content tab
Heepsy will re-fetch the latest public performance data from the linked post.
Stats are updated only for media added via Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube URLs. Manual uploads require manual data entry. See how.
