The Board view is a visual Kanban pipeline inside your project. It lets you track where each creator is in your workflow by moving them through stages — from first contact to completed collaboration.
Default pipeline stages
When you open the Board, creators are organised into columns. You can customise the stage names to match your workflow, and drag columns to reorder them.
Move creators between stages
You can move creators individually or in bulk:
Drag and drop — drag a creator card from one column to another.
Bulk move — select multiple creators using the checkboxes, then use the bulk action menu to assign them to a stage.
Customise your pipeline columns
To add or rename a stage:
Click "+ Add column" at the end of the board to create a new stage.
Click a column name to rename it.
Drag column headers to reorder stages.
Open a Creator Card
Click on any creator card in the Board to open their Creator Card. The Creator Card is your collaboration workspace for that creator — you can view their profile, outreach history, agreements, and payments, all in one place.
