The Inbox is where you manage creator replies to your outreach emails. Unlike the Outreach Emails section — which shows all emails you've sent — the Inbox only shows conversations where a creator has replied, so you can focus on who needs a response.
How to access the Inbox
Go to Inbox in the left navigation menu. The Inbox is available on Starter, Plus, Advanced, and Enterprise plans.
Inbox layout
The Inbox uses a two-panel layout:
Left panel — list of conversations with creators who have replied. Each row shows the creator name, subject line, and date of the latest message.
Right panel — the full conversation thread for the selected creator.
Reply to a creator
Click on a conversation in the left panel to open it.
Type your reply in the text box at the bottom of the right panel.
Attach files if needed using the attachment icon.
Click Send.
Archive a conversation
Once a collaboration is complete, click Archive to move the conversation out of your active Inbox. Archived conversations remain accessible at any time.
Rate your experience
After a collaboration, you can rate your experience with a creator directly from the conversation thread. This helps you keep a record of who you want to work with again.
Inbox vs Sent Emails
Sent Emails — shows all emails you've sent, with delivery and engagement metrics (opened, clicked, bounced, etc.).
Inbox — shows only conversations where the creator has replied, making it easy to prioritise follow-ups.
