What is a campaign offer?

Campaign offers are collaboration opportunities published by brands to attract content creators. They inform about the product or service to be promoted, the collaboration incentives, the ideal creator to collaborate with, and other relevant information about the desired promotional content.

Campaign offer creation

To create your first campaign offer, simply click on Create campaign offer. Then, you will be asked to complete a few steps.

  1. What do you offer in your collaborations?
Define the incentives you offer by selecting whether you are going to offer a fixed fee, a free product or service, or a commission per sale. These options are not exclusive, so you can select more than one to create the best incentive plan.

If your Shopify store is integrated, you can enable it. Please ensure that your store is integrated with the account beforehand; check this article on how to do this.

  2. What is your campaign offer location?
Choose the location you want to target. You can select a specific location or go further by choosing a worldwide reach.

  3. Now tell us everything about your campaign offer. Choose an attractive and self-explanatory title of what you are looking for. Also, add a description with the briefing of your campaign offer and share any relevant information so the creators know more about the message to be communicated.

  4. Add some images to make your offer stand out. Make your campaign offer more visual and appealing by adding some lifestyle images about your company, products, and services. Don’t add your logo here, it will be shown in your profile.

  5. Tell us about your ideal collaborator. Choose the social networks you want to close deals on. Define the minimum criteria to collaborate with your brand in terms of number of followers, engagement, and creator categories.

  6. Last details.

Hashtags and mentions. Indicate the hashtags you want your collaborators to add and what account they must mention in their promotional content.

Desired deals per month (confidential). Indicate how many collaborations you would like to achieve per month.

How do I make sure that my campaign offer is approved?

Every offer is reviewed by our team before being published in the Marketplace for creators. It's crucial to keep in mind the following key criteria for approval:

  1. Provide accurate brand identity details and include your website and-or social media information. If possible, link your social media accounts from the Settings section and use a company email to create your profile.

  2. Ensure your offer is auto-explanatory and well-defined, it informs about the products/services to be promoted and the incentives to be perceived by influencers.

  3. Add a clear and concise title that correlates directly with the offer description, avoiding confusion.

  4. Use photos or images that are directly related to your campaign offer, without text overlays or logos that may prevent influencers from applying.

  5. Add a fair incentive that adjusts to the minimum criteria for the ideal collaborators. Note that influencers with more than 15k followers on social media start charging flat rates per promotional content.

By following these instructions, the Heepsy team will publish your campaign offer no later than 24 hours after its creation (on business days).
