What is a campaign offer?
Campaign offers are collaboration opportunities published by brands to attract content creators. They provide information about the product or service to be promoted, the collaboration incentives, the ideal creator to collaborate with, and other relevant information about the desired promotional content.
Follow these steps to create your first campaign offer on Heepsy:
1. Start Creating Your Campaign Offer
Click on "Create Campaign Offer": Log in to your Heepsy account and navigate to the "Get Proposals" section. Click on the "Create Campaign Offer" button to begin.
2. Define Your Collaboration Incentives
Select Incentives: Choose the type of incentives you will offer to creators. Options include:
Fixed Fee: A predetermined amount of money.
Free Product or Service: Offer your product or service for free in exchange for promotion.
Commission per Sale: A percentage or amount based on sales generated by the creator’s promotion.
Note: You can select more than one incentive type to create a compelling offer.
Shopify Integration: If you have a Shopify store integrated with Heepsy, you can enable it here. Ensure your store is integrated beforehand by following the relevant integration guide.
3. Specify Your Campaign Offer Location
Target Location: Choose the geographical location you want to target. You can select a specific country or region or opt for a worldwide reach depending on your campaign goals.
4. Detail Your Campaign Offer
Title and Description: Provide an attractive and self-explanatory title for your campaign. In the description, include a briefing of your campaign offer and share any relevant information. This helps creators understand the message and goals of your campaign.
Add Images: Enhance the visual appeal of your campaign offer by adding lifestyle images related to your company, products, and services. Avoid using your logo here, as it will be displayed on your profile.
5. Define Your Ideal Collaborator
Social Networks: Select the social networks (Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube) you want to collaborate on.
Criteria for Collaboration: Define the minimum criteria for creators to collaborate with your brand, such as:
Number of Followers: Specify a follower range.
Engagement Rate: Set a minimum engagement rate to ensure active and interested audiences.
Creator Categories: Choose relevant categories that align with your brand and campaign objectives.
Last details.
Hashtags and mentions. Indicate the hashtags you want your collaborators to add and what account they must mention in their promotional content.
Desired deals per month (confidential). Indicate how many collaborations you would like to achieve per month.
How do I make sure that my campaign offer is approved?
Every offer is reviewed by our team before being published in the Marketplace for Creators. It's crucial to keep in mind the following key criteria for approval:
Provide accurate brand identity details and include your website and/or social media information. If possible, link your social media accounts from the Settings section and use a company email to create your profile.
Ensure your offer is auto-explanatory and well-defined; it informs about the products and services to be promoted and the incentives to be perceived by influencers.
Add a clear and concise title that correlates directly with the offer description, avoiding confusion.
Use photos or images that are directly related to your campaign offer, without text overlays or logos that may prevent influencers from applying.
Add a fair incentive that adjusts to the minimum criteria for the ideal collaborators. Note that influencers with more than 15k followers on social media start charging flat rates per promotional content.
By following these instructions, the Heepsy team will publish your campaign offer no later than 24 hours after its creation (on business days).
Tips for Creating Effective Campaign Offers
Be Authentic: Ensure your campaign message is authentic and aligns with your brand values. Creators and their audiences appreciate genuine and transparent campaigns.
Set Clear Objectives: Clearly define what you want to achieve with your campaign (e.g., brand awareness, product launches, sales boosts). This helps creators tailor their content to meet your goals.
Use Specific Call-to-Actions: Guide creators on what actions you want their audience to take (e.g., visit your website, use a discount code). Specific CTAs can enhance the effectiveness of your campaign.
Be Flexible with Creators: While it’s important to set guidelines, allowing some creative freedom can lead to more authentic and engaging content from creators.
Monitor and Adjust: Keep track of your campaign’s progress and be ready to make adjustments if needed. Continuous monitoring helps in optimizing the campaign for better results.
