When you close a paid collaboration with an influencer you can make the payment safely through Heepsy, whether the agreement was established within the platform or through external communication channels.
Here are the sections where you can conveniently compensate your collaborators:
In the creator profile preview with the make a payment button. This can also be done from the inbox section.
From the Creator payments section under Manage.
Making a payment
Once you click on Make a payment, you'll need to fill out the following details to ensure your payment is sent to the creator:
Creator email. The influencer will receive an email notification at this address regarding your payment. For creators who have opted in, this field will be automatically populated with their registered email address.
Creator handle. Specifying the creator’s social media username.
Collaboration terms. Number of promotional agreed-upon publications.
Amount to be paid. Final agreed-upon fee for the collaboration.
Last but not least, there's a 12% commission added to your influencer payments. This is how Heepsy takes care of the entire invoicing process. Your payment will only be sent out once the influencer shares their billing details, and after a waiting period of 3 business days, during which we ensure there are no complaints about the promotional content.
If your collaborator requests their payment and you feel there’s some promotional content missing, simply reach out to the Heepsy Support team or your Account Manager (available for subscription users) so we'll step in to assess the situation and determine whether the influencer should receive the full payment or just a portion of it.
