Where to Make Payments

  1. Creator Profile Preview

    • Use the Payments section directly from the influencer's profile preview.

  2. Creator Payments Section

    • Navigate to the "Creator Payments" section to view and manage all your payments in one place.

Making a Payment

Once you click on "Make a Payment," you'll need to fill out the following details:

  1. Creator Email

    • The influencer will receive an email notification at this address regarding your payment. For creators who have opted in, this field will be automatically populated with their registered email address.

  2. Creator Handle

    • Specify the creator’s social media username to ensure accurate identification.

  3. Collaboration Terms

    • Detail the number of promotional publications or other agreed-upon deliverables.

  4. Amount to be Paid

Important Notes on Payments

  • Commission Fee: A 12% commission is charged to your influencer payments. This fee covers the invoicing process managed by Heepsy and is not paid to the creators.

  • Payment Process: Your payment will only be sent out once the influencer shares their billing details. There is a waiting period of 3 business days to ensure there are no complaints about the promotional content.

  • Non-reply Resolution: If your collaborator requests payment and you feel there’s some promotional content missing, contact the Heepsy Support team or your Account Manager (available for subscription users). Heepsy will step in to assess the situation and determine whether the influencer should receive the full payment or just a portion of it.

Tips for Smooth Payments

  • Clear Communication: Ensure all collaboration terms and payment details are clearly communicated and agreed upon with the influencer before initiating payment.

  • Prompt Verification: Verify the influencer’s billing details promptly to avoid delays in the payment process.

  • Monitor Status: Keep track of payment status and any pending actions in the "Creator Payments" section.
