Dashboard Overview

When you log in to your Heepsy account, you'll be greeted by the dashboard. The dashboard is divided into three main sections:

  1. Search and Contact

  2. Get Proposals

  3. Lists

  4. Inbox

Let's take a closer look at each section:

1. Search and Contact

This section is your starting point for finding the perfect influencers for your campaigns. Here’s how to make the most of it:

  • Search Tab: Use our advanced search filters to find influencers that match your criteria. You can search by location, niche, follower count, engagement rate, and more.

  • Lists: Create and manage lists of potential influencers. This feature helps you organize and keep track of influencers you’re interested in.

  • Sent Emails Dashboard: Monitor the emails you’ve sent to influencers. Keep track of your communication and follow up as needed.

  • Creator Detection Feature: Discover new influencers based on your campaign needs and preferences. This feature suggests influencers who align with your brand’s goals.

2. Get Proposals

In this section, you can manage your campaign offers and proposals. It acts as a marketplace where you can post campaigns and review proposals from influencers:

  • My Campaign Offers: Create and post your campaign offers. Provide details about the campaign, including goals, deliverables, and compensation.

  • My Proposals: View and manage the proposals you’ve received from influencers. Each proposal includes the influencer’s pitch and terms.

  • Marketplace: Browse available campaigns from other brands. You can also see how your campaigns are performing in the marketplace.

3. Lists

This section helps you oversee all your ongoing collaborations and manage your relationships with influencers:

  • Boards View: Organize your campaigns and collaborations using boards. This visual tool helps you keep track of progress and deadlines.

  • Media Gallery: Store and manage all the media content related to your campaigns in each creators card. Easily access images, videos, and other assets.

  • Creator Payment: Handle payments to influencers securely and efficiently. Ensure timely and accurate payments to maintain good relationships.
