Heidi can run smoothly during your physical exams and review of systems. Be sure to tell Heidi within the template all of the normal statements it needs to remember. Heidi will listen to the session and automatically replace normals with the abnormals based on what has been discussed in the session.
Let’s take this example section in a template:
ENMT: [ENMT findings] (If ENMT findings are normal, or not mentioned during the session, state “Normal”, otherwise state findings.)
If Heidi hears “I can see some redness in your throat”, it will fill the ENMT section, without you having to lift a finger, with:
ENMT: redness / erythema noted in the back of the throat
