Support staff workflows

We know how interactive clinical workflows can be and so we have an optional feature available for Together and Enterprise tier groups where team admins can view team members’ sessions and review/generate notes and documents from their sessions. To switch on this feature please reach out to support@heidihealth.com.

This can allow front desk staff to print and/or email patient education notes (e.g. Summary of the Session, Medication Risks Discussed, Patient explainer, Required Diet, etc.) instantly after the session is finished.

Your support staff can also generate a list of all of the next steps (eg. schedule follow-up, order prescription, schedule scan, etc.) from the session for each staff member. This To Do list can be generated as soon as the session is completed, so they can be actioned much sooner than usual.

Additionally, your support staff can generate any required Referral Letters in a matter of seconds, without needing the clinician to draft it.
