This guide walks you through the steps to respond to comments in the Social Media section of the Retail Partner Portal.
Step 1: Log In and Navigate to Social Media
Start by logging into the Retail Partner Portal.
Once logged in, go to the Social Media section from the main menu.
Step 2: View Comments on a Post
To see comments on a post:
Click the speech bubble icon located underneath the post.
A list of all comments will appear.
Browse through the comments and choose the one you’d like to respond to.
Step 3: Reply to a Comment
To respond:
Click the Reply button beneath the comment.
Enter your response in the text box provided.
Click Reply again to post your comment.
