Step 1: Log In and Navigate to Social Media

Start by logging into the Retail Partner Portal.

Once logged in, go to the Social Media section from the main menu.


Step 2: View Comments on a Post

To see comments on a post:

  • Click the speech bubble icon located underneath the post.

  • A list of all comments will appear.

  • Browse through the comments and choose the one you’d like to respond to.


Step 3: Reply to a Comment

To respond:

  1. Click the Reply button beneath the comment.

  2. Enter your response in the text box provided.

  3. Click Reply again to post your comment.
