Once you click on the Social Media section in the Retail Partner Portal you will see two sections, Follower Engagement and Business Mentions.
The Follower Engagement section is were you will see your past posts to your Social Media channels and how many likes and comments each post got.
The Business Mentions section is were you can see any businesses that has mentioned your venue on your Social Media channels, you can also see how many likes, comments and shares each post received.
