Property address means the road name and street number assigned to a property by the government.

Users of HeirShares need to provide the property address of their family property to help the app do its job best.

Incomplete Property Address Information.

It's not unusual for heirs property owners to not know the complete address of their family property or for the address to appear incomplete. Rural properties in particular can have property addresses that seem vague.

State-For HeirShares, you should know at a minimum the state the property is located in because state law informs how ownership passes through inheritance.

County or Other Municipality- It is also important to inform of the municipality responsible for maintaining real estate records such as deeds. In most cases, this is a county. However, it can also be a city.

Street Address- It is very helpful to know the street address of the subject property too. In fact, the more unique identifiers you have of the family property related to the address and any details assigned by the local government, the better.

It's not uncommon for families to own multiple properties in the same area. Therefore, a detailed address is helpful to distinguish individual pieces. It's also very common for large pieces of family owned land to be subdivided into smaller pieces with new, unique owners. Again, having complete details about the subject property address can help distinguish it from other properties.
