You can view and update your plan in three different spots on the platform.
Option 1: Through “Edit Commodities” Button
Go to the Commodity Tracker Home Page.
Click on the blue Edit Commodities button on the left side navigation.
On the left side, see your current plan and its details.
Click on the Update button to see your options.
If you have a bundle, you will need to remove it first by clicking Remove Your Bundle. Instructions below.
Select a new plan (Basic, Business, Business Plus) and click Next.
Review the difference in cost between your old plan and the new plan.
Click Update Plan in the bottom corner to finalize your changes.
Option 2: Through User Profile via Account Settings
Go to the bottom left corner and click on Account Settings.
In the user profile, view your current plan on the right side.
Click the Update button to access the manage your plan section.
If you want to change to a different plan (e.g., Basic), click on the desired plan.
Compare your old plan with the new plan. Click the 'Update Plan' button to finalize your change.
If you are subscribed to multiple commodities, you may have limited options for changing your plan. This is due to your current plan accommodating the number of commodities you have. In order to change your plan, you may have to remove some commodities.
Option 3: Through Billing & Settings via Account Settings
Go to the bottom left corner and click on Account Settings.
Navigate to “Billing & Plans” on the left side navigation.
In the top right corner, find and click the button labeled 'Update Plan'. This action will redirect you to the 'Manage Plan' screen.
On the 'Manage Plan' screen, you can view your current plan. Make any desired changes to your plan.
After reviewing the differences between your old plan and the new plan, click 'Update Plan' to finalize your changes.
Removing Commodities
Click 'Back' multiple times to reach the “Select Commodities” page.
Choose the commodities you want to keep and click Next to update your selections.
Your dashboard will then repopulate. Afterwards, you will need to click the “Update” button again on the user profile.
Removing a Bundle
If you have a bundle, you will need to remove it first by clicking Remove Your Bundle.
To remove your bundle, you will need to edit the commodities you are subscribed to. You are only able to change to a plan that accommodates the number of commodities you are subscribed to.
