In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes
Click Customize on the Atlas Theme
Then scroll to Theme Settings > Logo
Here you can upload a Logo and Favicon

Favicon Tips
Upload a 32x32 pixel PNG or ICO file
This shows in the browser tab when someone visits your store
Click Save when you’re done.
