Currently the themes native variant selectors and color swatches will be hidden when you have an active bundler. This is because the bundler uses its own variant selectors.
The reason for this is if you have multiple variants in a single offer, a customer needs to be able to select multiple different variants, using the native theme variant selector would not allow for this.
