Landing is a curated collection of furnished apartments across the United States, where people can stay for a week, a month, or as long as they need.
A member books an apartment, walks in, and everything is already there. Furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, power, water, and wifi. There is nothing to set up and nothing to move in.

What a member gets

The apartment shown in the photos. Members browse every room before they book, and the apartment they see is the one they walk into.
All in pricing. Utilities, wifi, cleaning, and service fees are included in one figure.
Flexible stays. A few days, a month, or longer, with the option to extend.
A local team available at any hour, reachable by app, by phone, or in person.
Separate spaces, meaning a real bedroom and a workspace rather than a desk in the corner of a kitchen.
Pets welcome. Landing apartments are pet friendly, which is why cleaning jobs so often involve pet hair.

What Hosts do
Hosts are Landing's representatives on the ground. You are the reason a member walks into a home that is ready.
Depending on the job, that means cleaning and preparing apartments for check in, greeting new members when they arrive, giving home tours, letting installers or service teams in, photographing homes for the listings, and more.

Homes for Healing
Landing runs a programme called Homes for Healing, which provides no cost housing to families who have to travel for a child's medical care, so they can stay close to their child during treatment.
