Speed Testing Wifi

  • Connect to the Home's wifi.

  • Turn your cellular data off so you are only using wifi.

  • Go to www.fast.com to speed test the wifi.


Troubleshooting Common Issues

Wifi name and password is different

  • Message us in the app to let us know!

Wifi speed is less than 50 mbps

  1. Unplug the internet router and plug it back in

  2. Once it is rebooted, perform the speed test again.

  3. If the problem persists, message us in the app.
