Who this is for: Hosts and Cleaning Company managers completing jobs that require a Welcome Kit.
Where to find your Welcome Kit
Landing HQ ships Welcome Kits to each property, either in a box or in a tote bag. You collect your Welcome Kit from the storage unit at the property. Depending on the property, that is either a closet assigned to Landing or a storage unit within the premises.
If you cannot find the storage unit
If you have not worked at the property before and cannot locate the storage unit, ask before you start the job.
Start a chat with Landing in the Host App and ask for the storage unit location.
You can also ask the property managers on site. Always ask politely, since they are hosting Landing at their property.
If items are missing
Check the storage unit against the lists below before you buy anything. Most of the time the storage unit already holds most of what you need, so you only buy the items that are actually short. Do not buy a full set when only one or two items are missing.
If something is missing, do not buy it straight away. These purchases are normally approved, but Landing has to create the right job first.
Start a chat with Landing in the Host App and list the items that are missing.
Wait for Landing to set up the job that covers the purchase.
Buy the missing items with your PEX Card, then upload your receipt as required. See What is a PEX Card? for the funding and receipt rules.
Download the shopping list
A printable Welcome Kit shopping list is attached to this article. It lists every item with its quantity and where it goes in the home, with tick boxes so you can work through it in the storage unit.
The current version is V1, last updated August 26, 2026. The version number and date are printed in the top right corner of the list.
This list changes often as items and brands are updated. Download it fresh from this article each time you need it, and check that the version in the corner matches the one named above.
