Building your first design book in efficiently is pretty simple. In this module we will cover the basics of building a design book. By the end of this article you will know how to

From within the books tab, Click Create New Book.
The pop-up window lets you choose layouts and themes. We’ll cover these in a later module. For now, click Next to use the default layout.
Name your Book or click Create.

Step-by Step Guide
Open Your Book
Navigate to the Books tab and click the book preview to open it.
Double-click any page (e.g., Page 2) to begin editing.
Add an Item to an Item Box
Click an Item Box on the page, then select Add Item.
The fly-in panel opens. Use:
Filters (Division, Type, Supplier, etc.)
Search bar
Add Item (manual entry for items not in the catalog)
Example: Add a Bed
Set Division → Furnishings
Set Type → Bed
Select an item, click View item options, choose the finish (e.g., Brushed Ebony), then click Select.
The item loads onto the canvas, and a new Item ID appears on the left.
Edit or Remove Item Boxes
To delete an item box: select it → choose Delete.
To resize an item box: double-click it, then drag the corner handles.
