Create A PDF
You can create a PDF of your Design Book from three places:
The Book’s More Menu (⋮)
The Book’s Pages Dashboard
Or directly inside an open Book
Click Create PDF from your preferred location (Books Dashboard, More Menu, or inside the Book).
Enter a title for your PDF and choose the page range you want to include.
Click Create to generate your PDF.
When the orange processing icon turns green, your file is ready.
Go to the Documents tab to publish, download, or share it via link or QR code.
Share Your Design Book
Step-by-Step Guide
Share a Link
Go to the Documents tab and find your published PDF.
Click Copy Link to copy the shareable URL.
Paste the link anywhere you want to share your Design Book.
Share a QR Code
In the Documents tab, locate your published PDF.
Click Get QR Code.
(Optional) Uncheck Include Details to download only the QR image.
Save or download the QR code to share digitally or print for easy scanning.
Download a PDF
Go to the Documents tab.
Locate your published Design Book.
Click the Download icon to save a copy to your device for offline use.
Note: If you’d like to remove public access to your Design Book, click Unpublish. This disables both the share link and QR code.
