We stand behind the craftsmanship and durability of every Sofatica piece. This 10-year limited structural warranty reflects our commitment to long-lasting quality. Below, you'll find what’s covered, how to file a claim, and the terms you should know.

Scope of Coverage

This warranty applies to furniture purchased directly from Sofatica or through authorized resellers. It is valid for items used under normal residential or light commercial conditions.

Residential Coverage

  • 10 years: Structural integrity of internal frames made from solid wood or metal

  • 1 year: Soft components, upholstery attachments, and adhesive-based joints

Commercial Coverage

  • 1 year: Structural failures of metal or solid wood frames under light commercial use (e.g., offices, hotels, lounges)

What’s Covered

  • Cracks, splits, or warping in structural frames (not caused by external impact)

  • Failure in load-bearing components under normal use

  • Manufacturing defects that compromise the product’s stability or functionality

What’s Not Covered

  • Surface finishes such as paint, leather, fabric, veneer, or fiberglass

  • General wear and tear, including fading, pilling, or cushion compression

  • Damage caused by moisture, heat, sunlight, misuse, improper assembly, or accidents

  • Stains, scratches, dents, pet damage, or negligent handling

  • Any defect arising after resale or relocation outside the original country of delivery

  • Use of indoor furniture outdoors unless specified as outdoor-rated

Filing a Warranty Claim

To start a claim, contact us at hello@sofatica.com within the applicable warranty period. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number and delivery date

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • A short description of the problem and when it was first noticed

Resolution Options

Depending on the type of issue and your location, we may:

  • Provide replacement parts at no charge (lead time: 8–14 weeks)

  • Approve reimbursement for local repairs (pre-approval required)

  • Offer a full or partial replacement if the issue cannot be resolved

Labor and service costs are only covered if authorized in writing prior to repair.

Storage & Usage Conditions

Warranty coverage remains valid only when the product is used according to care instructions and stored in an appropriate indoor environment. Exposure to humidity, extreme temperatures, or direct sunlight may void the warranty.

Legal Limitations

Implied warranties are limited to the duration of this policy or the minimum period allowed by law. Liability is capped at the original purchase price. Some regions may not allow certain limitations—customer rights may vary by location.

Dispute Resolution
