We want you to feel confident with every furniture purchase. That’s why we provide a 10-year limited structural warranty that goes far beyond industry norms.

What This Warranty Covers

Residential Use

  • 10 years: Covers metal and solid wood structural failures resulting from normal residential use.

  • 1 year: Covers failures in soft components and workmanship, such as stitching, piping, buttons, glued joints, and rubber parts.

Commercial Use

  • 1 year: Covers metal and solid wood structural failures due to light commercial use (e.g., in hotels, offices, or cafés).

What We Will Do

Residential

  • For structural issues: Replacement parts will be provided at no charge. Estimated lead time: 8–14 weeks.

  • For soft or craftsmanship-related issues: Local repair charges may be reimbursed if pre-approved. Please note that the outcome of any third-party repair is not guaranteed.

Commercial

  • Depending on the issue, we may offer part replacement, repair approval, or full product replacement at our discretion.

  • Customers are responsible for any labor and shipping costs. Repair reimbursements require pre-approval and follow the same limitations as residential claims.
