At Sofatica, we believe in the lasting comfort and quality of our products, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That's why we offer a 10-year limited structural warranty, going above and beyond the industry standard to provide you with peace of mind.

What This Warranty Covers

Residential Use

  • 10 years: Covers structural issues, such as failures in metal or solid wood components, from normal residential use.

  • 1 year: Covers issues with soft components and craftsmanship, such as stitching, piping, buttons, glued joints, and rubber parts.

Commercial Use

  • 1 year: Covers structural issues with metal or solid wood components due to light commercial use (e.g., in hotels, offices, cafés).

What We Will Do

For Residential Use

  • Structural issues: We will provide replacement parts at no charge. Estimated lead time: 8–14 weeks.

  • Soft components or craftsmanship-related issues: If approved, we may reimburse local repair charges. Please note that the outcome of any third-party repairs is not guaranteed.

For Commercial Use

  • Depending on the issue, we may offer part replacement, repair approval, or full product replacement.

  • Customers are responsible for any labor and shipping costs. Repair reimbursements require pre-approval, and the same limitations apply as for residential claims.
